How can i reduce my body fat? Do weight loss stomach belts really work? Any tips?

im 21 years old, My body fat is at 30%. Im trying to join the army. The cut off for the army is a body fat of 26%. I stand at 5’6 and 240lbs. I can run a mile at a good pace non stop. Now i usually go out for a 2 mile run 3 to 4 times a week to reduce my body fat. Any body has any tips to reduce body fat? do weight loss stomach belts really work? Im more worried about my body fat % than my weight because i have a muscular built vs just being straight fat.

    Targetted weight reduction is quite tough, some would state impossible, however I lost a few inches from my waistline by following the tips on the web portal in the box below. Give it a try, their advice is very sensible!

    they don’t reduce bodyfat. no spot reduction of bodyfat without liposuction.

    just walk every day, and replace crap in your diet with water, and raw fruit and veggies.

    You will just have to burn more calories than you take in and eat properly so you body doesn’t go into starvation mode and your metabolisn drops. You will definately need lots of cardio because of your hight to weight ratio. Stomach belts work by contracting your abs through electronic pulses. You abs will get a workout, but its not gonna do anything for the fat sitting on top of the muscle. If you are just trying to cut measurements to get into bootcamp, I would suggest a 1 week intestinal cleanse. Hydroxycut and other companies sell them at Walmart and GNC. The cleanse will remove buildup in your intestines and naturally not make your belly stick out as far, therefore decreasing your measurments. If they tank test you, this wont work.
