  1. This book, although small in size, contains all the information that one needs to begin a healthier lifestyle (and thereby lose weight and fat). I have always been an overweight person. I have been on MANY diet programs, and many diets that were not healthy (they bordered on body image illnesses), but I never realized what the author has – that we can glean the common threads of many sources, distilling them into the truth about a healthier lifestyle and fat loss. It is to your advantage to buy this book. We CAN lead a healthier, thinner life and this book can show you how!
