    I found this book to be a very simple, practical, effective book on the topic of weight-loss. The advice contained in the book is very real-world, and doesn’t advocate trying to lose weight with fad diets, short-cuts, or other impractical schemes. The book also covers a wide range of different topics, including brief discussions on diet companies, examples of specific exercises, and even a discussion of how your mindset affects your ability to lose weight. Overall, I think this is a really great, practical little book for anyone who’s looking for a simple, no-nonsense approach to losing weight.
