Tips for fat loss??

I’m 5’8 and i weigh 127 lbs. I don’t really need to lose weight but I do need to lose fat. Any tips on fat loss would be great. Nutrition, exercise, anything. Thanks.

    if you want more definition then do situps and cardio. try a sport. You don’t need to loose weight really

    Do exercise that keeps you in the 60% or so max heart rate. The max heart rate is calculated 220-(age). So if you’re 20, you need to do exercise that puts you at about 120bpm or so. Lifting also can help lose fat cells, and gain muscle instead.

    Walking at a fairly decent pace for 30-45minutes is usually good for losing fat.

    Getting leaner is all about burning the fat off. You’ll have to run a few times a week for at least 30 minutes each time. Weight lifting also helps because it helps to burn the fat while building lean muscle. You may end up weighing the same but your body will look and feel different. Some say the most important part of it all is the diet. High protein, low carbs and rest to build the muscle after you work out. Good luck, I’m trying to do the same.

    I am 5’7 and weigh 110 so we are pretty close. I run three days a week, Tues,Thurs and Sun. Tues and Thurs I run 3 miles and Sun I run 5. Mon, Wed, Fri I strength train. One week I will train my legs on Mon and Fri and arms on Wed and the following week I reverse it, Arms Mon Fri and legs Wed. I take Saturdays as my rest day. I also work my core everyday and I prefer working on the exercise ball for this.
    Nutrition wise, I eat a lot of fruits and veggies and whole grains. I try to stay away from “bad” carbs and I eat a lot of protein. I aviod high fat foods at all costs but I am no saint…just today I snuck a little chocolate egg because I had an intense craving. Your weight should come off fast because you dont have a lot to lose. Remember to start slowly and work on toning as much as fat loss. Good luck!

    A lot of times people think the only method of losing fat is dieting or traditional diet pills, when actually it is relatively unknown causes that cause excess weight. This blog reviews a site that explains the built up plaque and fecal matter that many people have, and no, exercising won’t get rid of it!
