Tips on Certain Body Fat Loss.?

Anyone know any way or exercise that can get rid of the fat in my face? And make the dark circles under my eyes disapear??

    a your just going to have 2 start drinking more WATER and exercising i recommend 3-5 days a week of running or cycling or aerobics for 30-60 minutes
    3-5 days a week of weight bearing activities….. lifting weights or something
    and stretching
    and eating less Junk

    I don’t know if you’ve read this before, but unfortunately it is the truth: You can not target one area of your body, especially your face. If you’d like to get rid of your face fat, exercises may be the only way. A cardio workout would help the most, but also sit ups. You need to use your neck muscles quite a bit to lift your head in a sit up, and the neck muscles are very tightly connected to the face.I had noticed my face became less pudgy after I took to doing ab excesses each day.
